Carano 4 Children
A non-profit foundation based in Brussels, dedicated to the wellbeing, growth and recognition of children and young people across Europe.
Carano4Children Foundation
The Carano4Children Foundation is a private non-profit foundation based in Brussels, established in 2018 with the mission of promoting the well-being, talent development, and active participation of children and young people.
The Foundation supports educational, cultural, and social initiatives that use art, music, science, and creativity as tools to foster personal growth, intercultural dialogue, and the development of a more inclusive society.
Its vision is captured in a simple yet powerful principle:
"Every child can be a genius."
For Carano4Children, every child possesses a unique talent. The role of education is to provide opportunities for that talent to emerge, flourish, and become a valuable contribution to the community.
Leonardo4Children
The Foundation's flagship initiative is Leonardo4Children, an international programme inspired by Leonardo da Vinci, a symbol of curiosity, creativity, and the dialogue between art and science.
Through competitions, workshops, concerts, educational activities, and European projects, Leonardo4Children engages thousands of children and young people every year, encouraging them to reflect on the major challenges of our time and to develop their talents in the service of the common good.
The Foundation's initiatives have received the support and patronage of leading international institutions, including UNESCO, the European Parliament, the European Economic and Social Committee, the European Committee of the Regions, as well as European embassies and cultural institutions.
Wondering Gifted Minds
Wondering Gifted Minds was created within the framework of Leonardo4Children as an initiative dedicated to gifted and high-potential children and young people.
The project provides a European space for meeting, dialogue, and collaboration, where participants from different countries can exchange ideas, learn from one another, and imagine the future together.
Its goal is to build a European network that values talent, promotes well-being, and fosters active citizenship through shared experiences of learning, creativity, and collaboration.
